In order to provide the best advice possible, please let me know which theme do you use for your store.

Depending on the theme used, customization options may be built in or have to be added by editing the theme code. Usually, you should be able to adjust logo alignment within Theme Editor. Head over to Online Store in Shopify admin, then click Customize next to your theme. Find the Header section in the left-hand sidebar and look for Logo settings.

Our team may be able to customise this for you if you use Shopify free theme and your store has enough complimentary design time left.
