Haven’t been able to get any help from calling Shopify so hoping this works
I am trying to launch my business on Shopify it has been over a month and no success only a 36 page type written book of all the issues and every time Shopify is not helping. I build websites all the time have over 300 of them for various officials, businesses and such…never had this much trouble. Most websites are up in hours. With detailing no more than a week, and I get great customer service from those folks. Shopify to date has been horrible. Really sad. Can anyone help? Does anyone even want to help or are they only interested in taking my money?
Is there a shop link you can share that shows a site with a missing logo? Hard to give much help from an a community forum without being able to see it.
Have you tested the appearance in a fresh theme as well? Perhaps a code or design change was made to the published theme that has caused a problem with the logo display.
No Sir as it is gone hence the issue and now the site We are paying for does not show up at all…spending a this money and it’s like nano bots started with the logo and then ate the whole site…as comical as that sounds…the entire site is now gone…We can edit in back office but no way to publish any more and when typing in the url…basically says no site available and last month it was working fine. We have done nothing to the site since before the entire site started disappearing.
