Logo - Gloating on top and bottom of theme

Hello,

I am looking for help to manipulate my logo like shown on these sites:

givenchy.com

the logo is floating/fixed on the header and footer when you scroll. It looks similar to a parallax but not quite.

Any code that can be used to accomplish this?

It can be done using some CSS Code, but the code will be different as per the theme.
