I hope you can help. I created a rectangular logo in Canva and uploaded it to my store’s Header. It loaded blurry and small. I created another Logo at higher resolution (6000 px x 4000) thinking this would solve the problem but unfortunately not.
After trying to find a solution online I contacted Shopify online Chat, we altered the px width for the Logo in the Theme settings Custom CSS. But that didn’t work either. I tried altering the width for the Logo in the liquid.header but that didn’t work either. Shopify online Help suggested I ask you guys.
When the Logo image is viewed on my shop by clicking: Header, Header Logo, Image, edit. The Logo image is crisp. But when the Logo image is viewed on the header it’s not. And it’s small, it only measures 3 cms on full screen view and when I’ve viewed other stores using Shopify their rectangular Logos seem to be 5 cms.
Please note the Logo is not square it’s rectangular, it is also basically a ‘paint slodge’ and text, the text is Blastine and TT Tsars.
