I am the developer of ShelfOps, a Shopify app I built for retailers moving their buying and inventory workflows away from Stocky.
I am looking for 3-5 merchants willing to run a structured beta on real store data. ShelfOps currently covers Shopify inventory sync, supplier CSV mapping, reorder suggestions, purchase orders, receiving, supplier bills and external payment records, stocktakes and cycle counts, labels, and audit exports. Inventory changes start in preview and require explicit store opt-in and confirmation.
Selected participants will receive a trial extended to a total of 180 days. The normal public offer is 45 days free, then $29 USD/month or $290 USD/year.
To be transparent, ShelfOps does not yet use Shopify order history for demand forecasting, move money, post to accounting systems, or replace a full WMS. I will personally help with setup and use the feedback to prioritize the next Stocky replacement gaps.
As many merchants’ inventory operations grow, moving away from Stocky is undoubtedly a significant step. One excellent way to evaluate inventory sync, reorder suggestions, and purchase order tracking in a real-world setting is to provide a structured beta program with actual store data.
I hope you get insightful input from retailers with various store sizes and stock levels.
The software should be improved and those Stocky holes filled with the help of real-world testing.
