I build on Shopify. We’ve made a few AI agents and I need real stores to try them, because I can only guess so much on my own.
They take on work you’re probably doing by hand right now. Pulling tracking numbers out of supplier emails. Approving returns that fit your policy. Following up on quotes nobody paid. etc etc.
If you’re wondering how this differs from Flow, Flow works on things already sitting in a Shopify field. It can’t open an email or read your return policy and make a call. That’s the part we handle.
It’s free to test. I’d love to see if this brings any value to your store operations. Reply here or message me if you’re interested. Thanks and looking forward !
The supplier email example is probably the one I’d be most interested in testing. We have enough of those little “copy this tracking number from an email and put it somewhere else” jobs that they aren’t difficult, they’re just annoying and easy to forget.
The part I’d want to see before trusting an agent with returns is how it handles the edge cases. If the policy says returns are accepted within 30 days but the order has a missing tracking event or an unusual product condition, I’d rather have it flag the order for review than make a confident decision. That’s where I think the difference between a useful agent and another automation becomes pretty obvious.
