Is there a loyalty program that works with Shopify, that offers physical rewards in exchange for points;

For example, if you have accrued 1000 points, you will receive a pair of headphones.

Interesting @shakkhoza , have you inquired into any of the loyalty app providers like Smile / Loyalty Lion etc ? They might already solve for this.

We solve for loyalty in quite a different fashion by offering real credit instead of points and they are free to spend their credit on site through a single click at checkout to redeem.

I’m sharing one of our merchant’s dashboard, they recently implemented a program using our solution and saw the following results in just 14-20 days time.

  1. +24% return customer rate compared to previous time period
  2. 25% of the total credit rewarded has already been redeemed

If you’re looking for exactly a free product at Y points or something along those lines - we might not fit the bill.

Please do let me / the community know if you’ve already arrived at a solution. I’ll do some searching myself and see if there’s any good providers that support this kind of logic.
