Looking for a Multi-Supplier Inventory & PO App

Hi all,

We’re working with multiple suppliers for the same SKUs and it’s getting messy. Each supplier has different prices, MOQs and lead times, and tracking everything in spreadsheets is becoming a headache.

Looking for something that lets us add multiple suppliers to the same item + compare cost/lead time when creating POs.

If anyone’s using an app for this, would love recommendations. :folded_hands:

You could take a look at sumtracker. I moved to it after getting fed up with Stocky and honestly it made things a lot smoother for us.
Funny thing is, I didn’t switch with multi-supplier management in mind either but it turned out to handle that part really well once we started ordering from different vendors.

I’ve been in the same boat, juggling multiple suppliers for the same SKUs gets messy fast, especially when each one has different prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times. Spreadsheets quickly become unmanageable.

What I’ve found works really well is using inventory management / PO apps that let you:

  • Add multiple suppliers per product

  • Compare cost, MOQ, and lead time at a glance

  • Choose which supplier to generate POs from when creating an order

Apps like Katana, TradeGecko (QuickBooks Commerce), or Stock&Buy are the apps i have used and i’m sure have features built for this. They let you assign multiple suppliers to a single SKU and quickly pick the most efficient one when creating POs; saving tons of time and mistakes.

If needed, I can share a practical workflow I use that keeps multiple suppliers organized with or without spreadsheets.
