I’m looking for an app that can generate a picklist but where I can also customize the fields that needs to be in the picklist an especially the “notes” field from the order (as this caries certain data that will need to be added when packing the products). Any apps that can do this (without me trying every single app)?
Alternatively: if you could do this as well through Shopify Flow, also interested in this.

Consider giving the Easify Product Options app a try. It enables you to create a picklist using the Checkbox option type and add custom fields using either Text Box (single-line text field) or Text Area (multi-line text field) option types. In total, there are 26 option display types available.

I just published an app called “A Full Fill” that might work for you. It does have a PickList function. Right now we are not including order notes, however it does allow you to add Tips/Notes on the Product page (in Shopify Admin). You only have to add these notes once and the note will show up whenever that product is ordered. I am eager to get feedback and make the app more useful. I could possibly add Order Notes if this something you would find useful. If you want to give the app a go, I would be happy to send you a credit for 6 months free usage. Would just ask for some feedback.
