Looking for a Shopify WhatsApp App That Supports Product Image & URL in Order Confirmation Messages

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a third-party Shopify app that can send WhatsApp order confirmation messages automatically when an order is placed.

Specifically, I need the app to support dynamic variables such as:

  • {product_image} (to send the product image in the WhatsApp message)

  • {product_url} (link to the product page)

The goal is to send a more visual and informative order confirmation message on WhatsApp, ideally including the product image along with the order details.

Does anyone know of a Shopify app that supports this kind of WhatsApp automation using these variables (especially product images)?

Any recommendations or experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!

From what I’ve seen, most WhatsApp apps can send order confirmations, but support for including product image URLs specifically can vary a lot.

Some apps will only pull basic order details by default, while others allow more customization using message templates or variables. It’s usually not automatic and depends on whether the app exposes product image fields in their WhatsApp templates.

I’d recommend checking the app’s template customization options or confirming with their support whether product image URLs are supported in order confirmation messages before committing.
