We can not find an app to fulfill our needs.
We have a subscription plan on our current custom website. All new customers that subscribe save 20% off on their first order, and the reoccurring ones are 5% off. Once a customer has claimed the 20% on that email, they can not get it ever again for any subscription product..
They can only get 5% off their new future subscriptions. They can not get 20% off at all after the first time. I can not find an app that can do this for me. My website is ready to go live, but now we are having trouble finding the right app.
Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
