I’m not entirely sure which exact theme that store is using, nor am I able to look into that as for security reasons we are not able to confirm or deny if this store is using Shopify. In saying that, you’d be able to have most of these sections on most Shopify themes that can be found right here: Ecommerce Website Templates - Free and Premium Themes for Your Online Store.
I understand the choice can be overwhelming so feel free to list all the features that you would like your theme to have. I can look through our theme store and come up with a list of themes that might be the best fit for you.
