, you can’t change their color. Their are part of Unicode standard and they are rendered by the browser/device that the visitor is using to render the page.
If the heart emoji is written by you in your content and you have control on that you can avoid unicode and use an SVG or a Icon Font and in this case you can change the color as you prefer.

@Anonymous I believe what was being said is that if you’re using “emojis” from the emoji keyboard, they come in standard colors and cannot be edited.
You can, however, include a “text-based” heart symbol (like, 
) as text and set the color to the specific orange you like.
