Looking for an all-in-one customer service platform

Something that can handle customer calls, email and live chat and integrate with Shopify. LiveAgent looks like possibly what I’m looking for, what other options are there?

Have you ever tried Zendesk? I think it pretty much supports all the integrations at once and can be helpful for you.

Its Talk feature handles complex call routing better than most competitors, though its Shopify integration is primarily for viewing data rather than editing it.

Alternatively, Freshdesk offers a user-friendly interface that directly competes with other apps, providing a robust built-in phone system and a flexible pricing tier that is often easier for smaller teams to manage.

Everything except calls (out of the box - they have 3rd party integration for calls if I am remembering correctly).
