Looking for an app combo - scheduler AND variant picker

Hi - have any of you figured out a great app combo for allowing people to schedule appointments/classes AND add variants that change the payment amount?

We need people to be able to book appointments for our chef services, and also be able to add people to the booking for extra cost, and various other add-on expenses. For example…a cooking class on a certain date for a base price. And extra adults or kids for additional price per person. Plus the option to add wine for another price. The calendar needs to be responsive to the other appointments booked for other services, so we don’t get double booked.

I can find apps that do one thing or the other really well, but none that can do both, and none that seem able to work together on this.

Is there an obvious solution I am missing? Or an app/app combo that could do this well?

BookThatApp supports scheduling both appointments and classes in the same app. It also supports sharing availability across multiple services if you have services that share the same staff member for example or use the same room to perform the service.

Additional add on items can be done either using Shopify variants or using a third party product options app. There are quite a few available on the app store. https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=product%20options.

If you do elect to use a product options app, then BookThatApp offers an embedded version of all of our booking forms that allows you to use a product options app in conjunction with BookThatApp.
