Looking for an app showing guarantees and delivery date

Hi everybody!

I’m looking for an app that can show a grid including delivery date and satisfaction guarantee. I’ve searched around the app store but still don’t find any app who has this style of grid to show guarantees (see below screenshots).

You can check this app Estimated Shipping Date - it shows estimated shipping date, you can check their demo - that’s something similar to the store you mentioned.

Otherwise, you can check this tool: Koala Inspector to find out what app that store use.
