Hi all,

We get alot of gift buyers on our site who are looking to buy for a child, but do not know the ins and outs of the products listed. Is there an app that allows someone to enter details of the person who will be receiving the gift and the gift budget, so that the system will recommend a specific product or two?

Have you considered AI Chatbots?

In theory you can feed them with your product details and let them answer questions from customers

It seems you wouldn’t be able to add this feature without custom coding. You can develop a custom app tailored to your needs or utilize an existing app and extend its functionality to fit your requirements.
