Hi Renaud,

I’ve tried to achieve the same thing as OP with kickflip but i ran into the problem that i sell multiple types of wallpaper (seamless, non-woven etc) which all have different prices. Is it possible to have different prices within the same configuration within kickflip?

So for clearity, i would like a wallpaper configurator with which customers can select the type of wallpaper they wish, dimensions (with a preview of the cutout) and an option to add this custom product to cart. Is this achievable with kickflip?

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to sell different types of wallpaper at different prices using Kickflip! To set this up, you’ll need to create the following questions:

Question 1: Select your wallpaper
Question 2: Dimensions for Wallpaper 1
Question 3: Dimensions for Wallpaper 2
Question 4: Dimensions for Wallpaper 3
Question 5: Add-on options

Next, you’ll need to set up logic rules to ensure the appropriate dimension question appears based on the wallpaper selected. For example:

  • When “Select your wallpaper” is Wallpaper 1, then question Dimensions forWallpaper 2 should be unavailable.

Within the Pricing tab, you’ll be able to create separate pricing equations for each type of wallpaper.

Thanks for the reply but i just figured out that you can’t connect a kickflip product with an existing product in Shopify (at least not a way that i can find out) so it’s not feasable for me. I also need a preview (crop tool) of the wallpaper i don’t see that option either.

Currently, it’s not possible to connect Kickflip directly to an existing product in Shopify. When you connect a product through Kickflip, it automatically creates a new product page that includes the customizer. You can use this new page to sell your product and disable the original product listing.

If you prefer to keep using your existing product page, one workaround is to add a button that redirects customers to the customizer page created by Kickflip.
