Hello am looking for an experienced shopify developer to help me with a few things on my new store, mainly adding multiple category button to my homepage (not on the header and ill show an example), making some functions work on mobile and just a few other simple questions.

Adding category buttons directly on the homepage is usually done by creating a small custom section instead of using the header. That way, you can place the buttons exactly where you want and control how they look on both desktop and mobile.
Mobile issues are also pretty common and often come down to styling or how certain scripts behave on smaller screens. Once you adjust those, things usually work much smoother.
