Hello,
We have a new Shopify store which is up and running and which is technically completely optimised (SEO, Keywords, Store speed, Email marketing etc)
We are now ready to implement a sales strategy and start converting.
Can someone in the community (based on their experience) please recommend an excellent UK or EU based Agency which is well versed in Shopify and which knows how to implement sales and marketing strategies?

Without knowing more about your business, it’s hard to recommend a specific individual. I can offer some general information that might be helpful though. If you’re an existing brand or if this is a new business launch, then you’re looking for two completely different plans of a attack. A company that has a customer base and has some track record that is looking to launch an e-commerce site to take their business to the next level is one thing. A company starting out with a cutting edge new perspective or product needs to look at things differently.
If you have no customers, no exposure, no social media footprint, no branding - then you’re not looking to ‘convert’, there’s nobody to convert. You need to look at ‘Awareness’ - that’s not the same beast at all. It requires a different strategy.
Just be sure you’re talking to the right folks. Even an experienced marketer shouldn’t promise you the world when it comes to converting. There is no over night magic want, it’s a process.

Right, so, you’re going to want to build an awareness campaign. That starts by identifying your customer and knowing who they are. Have you built an avatar of your main target? Who are they, where are they, what do they do, how much do they make, what are they interested in, what problem are you solving for them and (in my opinion the most important question) who’s customer are they already?
Knowing your customer will drive all awareness efforts from the SEO of your site, the meta words you’re using here on Shopify, your targetted posts, which venues are you putting time into (tiktok and linkedIn are two totally different crowds), what words and phrases are you using. Learning how to target other peoples audience saves you thousands and weeks of efforts, it’s worth doing some research on that.
As a new product you need to build credibility, trust, authenticity, consider micro influencers to help jumpstart your audience.
Good luck, it’s a bit of leg work up front but it’s vital to success. You’ve got this!
