My current speed is 33 for a Spark Theme.
I have tried to reduce the speed using the simple changes recommended on blogs etc however, they only make a different of i.e., 1 or 2 score points on the speed checker.
If the service is paid for, I want to request a Quote for an expert who can help me with this. So any experts over here?
