Here’s an alternative setup suggestion for the app 
:
- Create a “Size” option using the Buttons option type, allowing multiple selections for selecting different sizes for the team:
- Add a “Quantity” option using the Quantity option type and enable the Conditional logic feature. Create 9 Quantity options, one for each size. When customers select a size, it will show a Quantity field to specify the quantity for that size. Additionally, you have the option to set prices for each quantity, allowing you to establish prices for each size. This enables you to calculate the total cost by considering both the price of each size and its corresponding quantity.
Example: Configuring the Quantity Option for 3XS (Y10) Size:
Similarly you can create Quantity options for the remaining Sizes:
- Add a long text field for entering Team Members’ names, using the Text Area option type.
- Add a short text field for entering Coach Name, using the Text Box option type.
- Include one more short text field for entering Assistant Coach Name, using the Text Box option type.
- Finally, assign the option set to the relevant products, and you’re all set!
