I am looking for a COMPLETE list of ALL CSV structures that I can import and export.
I am very savvy in Excel, and do a lot of my maintenace with Excel.
I am just in a TRAIL with SHOPIFY, but support was not able to assist.
I am looking specifically is there a way to maintain PURCHASE ORDERS, but this is just the first one.
I also offer discounts based on the number of items, and this I like to change as my cost change.
This type of stuff is SO MUCH easier in Excel, but I am not sure if I can do this in shopify.

If it’s products - in your store admin panel, click on Products, on the right hand side click on Export.
That CSV contains all the fields you can import back into Shopify.
To find you exactly what values you can put in each field, set up some products in your store, export again and see what the CSV looks like.
The same goes for Customers and Orders

Those are the only 3 I can find!
Maybe I just need to get some data entered, but to me it seems like there is a LOT of stuff that is missing. How do you create discounts? Can an item have various prices based on QTY? How do you set these up? I see an EXPORT only for discouts, but I have about 2000 items, and then about 3 prices for each item.
Or PURCHASE ORDERS, If I want to make a purchase order of about 200 various items, it is MUCH easier to do that in a spread sheet and then UPLOAD that. I do not even SEE PURCHASE ORDERS.
I am still in my trail, and I KNOW these things have to be in the systems SOMEWARE and I HOPE they can be imported/exported.
I am just really concerned as to how the data is stored as it may not allow me to operate the way I have always been able to and the way I want to…
