Hi everyone,
I’m part of the team behind Ourava, and we recently built B2B Quick Order after seeing how many wholesale purchases still arrive as spreadsheets or emailed purchase orders. The buyer already knows every SKU and quantity, but someone still has to re-enter each line into Shopify.
The app gives wholesale buyers a self-serve ordering portal where they can:
- Paste SKU and quantity rows directly from Excel, Google Sheets, or an ERP
- Upload a CSV purchase order
- Review fuzzy SKU matches when part codes contain spaces, hyphens, or small differences
- Add hundreds of validated lines to the Shopify cart
- Use Shopify B2B catalog and customer-specific pricing
- Restrict portal access using customer tags
- Let sales reps order on behalf of buyers
It runs through Shopify App Proxy and does not require merchants to edit their theme. A free plan is available.

I’m the developer, so this is a product showcase and feedback request rather than an independent recommendation. I’d especially like to learn:
- How do your B2B buyers submit large orders today?
- Do they usually send Excel files, CSVs, PDFs, or email text?
- What would make you hesitant to offer buyers a self-service bulk-order page?
Happy to answer implementation and compatibility questions publicly here.
