I just launched a Shopify app called Descriva and wanted to share it with the people who’d actually get use out of it.
It writes product descriptions in a tone you choose and generates SEO titles and meta descriptions, with a live Google preview so you can see how the product will show up in search before you publish. If you’ve got a big catalogue it can run up to 100 products in one go. Everything pushes straight to Shopify so there’s no copy pasting out of ChatGPT one product at a time.
I built it because watching merchants hand write descriptions for hundreds of products, or leave the SEO fields blank entirely, felt like a problem worth solving properly.
It’s free up to 10 products a month with no card, so you can run it on a few real products and see if the copy actually fits your brand before spending anything.
