I’ve been working on building my Shopify store and would love to get some honest feedback from the community. I’m looking for support on all aspects — from store design and branding, to user experience, navigation, product presentation, and even marketing strategy.
Do you have a storefront? I don’t see any physical address on your Contact or About pages. Claiming to sell authentic luxury brands and actually selling authentic luxury brands might not always be the same. In fact, they’re often not the same at all. Can you verify with real dealership documents? I’m not forking over hundreds or thousands of dollars if I don’t know it’s legit. The Partnership page claims 80% wholesale discount. I find that incredibly hard to believe. Not only does that just sound absurd, but unless you work directly with the manufacturers and you are a trustworthy and notable figure in the fashion industry, I highly doubt anyone you associate with is giving you or anyone else 80% discounts on Dolce and Prada products. Sorry, it looks like you spent some dough on a nice theme, but it doesn’t change my mind that something is just not right here.
Hey @Samer_1985,
Thanks for asking this Question to Shopify Community where Expert Shopify Developers are ready to answer your any Query.
I just take a look to your store and found some issue regarding the layout and Responsiveness.
And I wish you should fix it.
The border looking very ugly. Maybe it’s overflowing. This should be fix for better look.
These are above some point that I notice. If you need a detailed Audit then feel free to drop a message in the p/m so that I can share a detailed Audit and then implement the changes.
If this was Helpful mark as Solution and like it.
Thanks
I understand there’s often confusion in the luxury resale space, so let me clarify.
I am a certified partner authorized to purchase luxury fashion items from verified distributors at discounted rates for resale in the ordinary course of business. Every item I sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from brands or their authorized distributors, with documentation available upon request.
The “up to 80% wholesale discount” applies only to specific items through overstock or closeout opportunities — not the entire catalog.
If you are in the industry or a potential partner, I’d be glad to schedule a call and discuss further. My recent post, however, was about store design and suggested improvements, not my business model.
Authenticity is non-negotiable for me, and my reputation stands above money and business.
Design is an afterthought compared to your authenticity and integrity. Anyone can make a website and claim they are selling authentic products. What matters in the end is whether you can convince people of that. Your Linkdn says you are the sole employee. So far, there is absolutely nothing on your site that looks legitimate. What’s your business address? How many clients do you have? How many years experience do have in the fashion industry? How long have you worked with your “verified distributors”? I think the truth is abundantly clear, and no amount of design is going to change that. You may get some sales, but in the end this isn’t going to last. Good luck
I’m not the one you have to convince. You have a much bigger task of convincing customers that you’re legit and they should shell out hundreds or thousands to an unknown site with zero recognition in the industry. That’s gonna be a hard ask lol
