No catches that I can think of. The app is intended to be used with online stores and not POS. You can use it with a live or development store, whichever makes the most sense for you. We are looking for ways to improve the app and make it useful for a broad spectrum of stores. All we ask is that you give honest feedback and don’t sugar coat feedback just because we are giving free access.
