If you’ve ever audited your store’s SEO and realized half your product images have blank ALT text - you’re not alone. It’s one of those things that slips through the cracks, especially when you have hundreds of variants.
I built AltMaster to fix this in bulk. Instead of editing images one by one, you set up a template using variables like product title, variant options, tags, vendor, and product type - then run it across your entire catalog in one go. Variant images (color, size, style) get properly labeled too, not just the main product image.
Right now the app is completely free and I’m looking for merchants to actually use it and tell me what’s working and what isn’t. I’d rather get real feedback from store owners than guess what’s useful.
