The Easify Product Options app (with a free plan available) makes it easy to create your ear options using the Button option type.
When it comes to translation, the app provides multiple ways to display your options in different languages. For example, you can first create an option set in English, then duplicate it and update the option names and values for German. You can then duplicate it again and edit the names for Dutch. The app will automatically display the relevant options based on the language selected by the customer on the storefront.
