I’m part of the team at listening247 and we’ve been building something specifically for Shopify store owners who struggle to keep up with social media content.
It’s called DataVinci. It connects to your Shopify store and listens to your customer reviews and conversations, including where your brand and competitors are being mentioned online. It then uses those insights to generate post-ready captions and images. The idea is that your customers already tell you what resonates, so the content feels genuine rather than generic.
