Hi all! I’ve been working on optimisations for this store and would love some honest open feedback. Many thanks!
There’s only one image that looks blurry on your homepage, I tried desktop and responsive mobile layout and it shows unclearly, the rest looks great!
Do you intend to have these image static like this because it looks a bit weird and also blocks the content when I scroll down.
I tried adding to cart and proceeding to check out, everything seems to work just fine!
Thanks for your feedback! Is that static view on desktop? That’s so odd it must be a glitch. I just changed media view to thumbnails as the zoom function on her theme is huge!
Great work on the site. I’ve put together a CRO audit—some insights may not apply, but it should help highlight a few improvement opportunities.
Hi @Sarah568473
The site is one of the better ones I have seen. It is good to see the INPAA certification to help build trust.
Disclaimer: It has been a while since my boys were in the 3-6mo range, but one thing I still remember - Changing Diapers! If the dual zipper design makes changing diapers easier, then that is something you will definitely want to highlight. My wife and I made purchase decision based upon the ease of diaper changes while half asleep.
Regards.
Hi, @Sarah568473
The store has a strong foundation, especially with a clear focus on helping parents through the baby sleep transition journey. The main opportunity I noticed is making it even easier for new visitors to understand the product benefits and feel confident purchasing.
Strengthen product page confidence
Since your products solve a specific parent pain point (baby sleep transitions), product pages should quickly explain who the product is for, when to use it, safety information, sizing, and the expected benefits. Adding more FAQs directly on product pages can help answer common parent concerns before checkout.
Highlight trust signals earlier
The store already has customer reviews and safety information, but these can be placed closer to key conversion points like the product page and Add to Cart section. Showing reviews, safety certifications, shipping details, and return information earlier can help reduce hesitation for first-time buyers.
Improve mobile shopping experience
For a Shopify store like this, many parents will browse while multitasking on mobile. Keep navigation simple, reduce unnecessary pop-ups, and make sure important information like product benefits, reviews, and delivery details are easy to access without excessive scrolling.
Speed and performance improvements
Based on the PageSpeed Insights report, there are opportunities to improve mobile performance. Focus on compressing large product images, reviewing unused Shopify apps, and reducing unnecessary third-party scripts that may slow down page loading.
Your brand story is already a strong selling point because it comes from a real parenting problem. I’d focus on bringing that trust, product clarity, and reassurance earlier in the customer journey to improve conversions.
You could also optionally use tools like Website Speedy for image and script optimization to improve page speed.

Hi @Sarah568473 .
This site is impressive with its trust badges, real customer quotes, founder story, and safety certification. These features build trust for a baby brand.
To enhance credibility, mark reviews as “verified buyer” so they link to real orders. Also, ensure reviews are visible on individual product pages, not just the homepage, as that is where customers often hesitate before buying.
Overall, this site stands out among new stores.
