Looking for suggestions on my store feels like it can be better

I created my store last week and I just launched it. but the more I look at it the more i feel like its missing something. maybe the colors. or too much wording. so I deleted some info off the main page but now im at a stand still. if anyone have any suggestions im all ears. please and thank you

I don’t see anything about who you are, or what you do. Which makes the whole thing untrustworthy. Custom shirt page needs a lot of help. Go to any custom shirt website and you’ll see a complete setup for upload, drag and drop, preview window, etc. And your upload format is missing .jpg but has .doc?

Without verification with text/images/videos, I would not trust that this isn’t some p.o.d. dropshipping scheme that’s going the extra mile to not look like a p.o.d. dropshipping scheme. And that, without a doubt 100%, makes me not want to buy from you.

If you are p.o.d. then you should explain that. If not, you should explain that.

Hi there @New2ym.com I’ve had a look at your store and here are a few suggestions I have for you.

  1. Improve the aesthetic design of the store a bit. It looks too bland at the moment, I understand going for a simplistic design but it just comes off as needing a bit more excitement on it for a clothing store.
  2. Add a video or two to the product gallery. The images currently there look a bit too uninspiring so maybe short videos could help add some appeal
  3. Add FAQs on the homepage

thank you for the feedback I have made a few changes as well as plans for more changes in the next few days.

first I added an about me page to help answer some of the question as to who Am I and what do I do. that is currently up and running.

I recently did start a Instagram page for the business that I planned on making videos for of the making of the shirts as well as a B.T.S look of the business but listening to your views. I will be adding videos on here. to promote that I am not just a Drop shipper but i actually design and make the shirts at my home office….your point made sense made sense to me so thank you again

The custom t shirt page does allow drag and drop and should have.jpg but it does not support a preview window which i will be changing soon as i find the right app to use

thank you for the feedback I will be adding videos very soon as well as a FAQs section on the homepage…I will also be looking into adding some sort of visual banner that adds some motion to the page of some sort so thank you again for your feedback
