Looking for Targeted Feedback: New Faith-Led Lifestyle Brand, High Engagement but No Sales Yet

Hi everyone,

I recently launched my brand, Rest & Abide—a faith-led luxury softwear and lifestyle brand focused on creating sacred spaces through wearable rest (loungewear, robes, and home goods).

My organic Instagram and Pinterest engagement are slowly growing, and I’ve invested in strong branding, emotional storytelling, and free shipping incentives.

However, I’m noticing very few sales even though traffic is steadily increasing.

I’d love some constructive feedback from those who have scaled lifestyle or apparel brands:

  • Do you see any friction points or trust gaps when it comes to converting visitors to buyers?
  • Is there anything immediately obvious about my site or offer that could be improved?
  • What small tweaks helped you move from traffic to sales in the early stages?

Thank you in advance—I’m building this brand from a place of faith and connection and want to make sure I’m removing any invisible barriers!

Hi Khay123,

Thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback. I would absolutely love to receive a conversion roadmap or action plan if you’re offering it freely.

I’m very mindful about investments right now as a new brand, so if there are any paid services attached, I’d appreciate knowing that upfront. Either way, I’m truly grateful for your insights already!

Hi Nicole,

Huge congrats on launching Rest & Abide—your branding and message are so thoughtful and peaceful.

I checked out your site and noticed a few areas that could help improve conversions, like a clearer call-to-action above the fold, trust-building elements (like reviews), and maybe a small first-time offer to capture interest.

I’ve worked with similar lifestyle brands and would be happy to put together a quick conversion audit and a simple roadmap you can use to optimize your store as traffic grows—no pressure at all, just happy to support if it’s helpful!

You’re clearly building something meaningful—keep going!

Rest & Abide – Conversion Optimization Roadmap

Hi Nicole,

As promised, here’s a simple roadmap to help optimize your store for conversions as your traffic continues to grow. These are practical tweaks you can apply to turn more visitors into buyers.

Start with the homepage—make sure there’s a clear call-to-action above the fold, like “Shop the Collection.” It also helps to feature bestsellers or seasonal highlights right away and use lifestyle imagery with text overlays to guide the experience.

On your product pages, consider adding customer reviews or testimonials to build trust. Trust badges like “free shipping,” “secure checkout,” or “easy returns” can also help. And don’t forget to keep size, fabric, and care details simple and clear.

To convert new visitors, try offering a first-time discount through a popup or banner. Bundled offers—like a robe paired with a candle—can also increase average order value and create a sense of added value.

Building trust is also about connection. A short founder note or a mission-driven story right on the homepage can go a long way. You might also bring in some behind-the-scenes content on your About page to reinforce your brand’s heart.

Lastly, don’t lose the visitors who aren’t ready to buy. Set up an exit-intent popup to collect their emails, and follow up with a few helpful emails—maybe styling tips, inspiration, or exclusive offers—to bring them back.
