Looking Shopify App: Extra Fees for each Product and based on Postal Code

I’m looking for specific Shopify App that does this specific functions.

Each products has additional extra fees either Tire Fee, Bulky Fee, Eco Fee, Non-Conveyable Fee, or combined together, but all of those fees varies depending on the Postal Code that was provided by the customer. As shown below, Tire tax would be $4 per tire in Alberta, but if they are in Ontario it could be $4.25. Same as follows on other fees and then calculates everything on checkout.

I appreciate the help and hope to find an App that can do this functions. Thanks!
