Looking to add database search bar to look up previous purchase

Hi, I’m providing a service which customers purchase from my webpage they will be given a unique certification number like #001

I’m looking for a way to input the data and having a dedicated search bar for it so the customer can look up the info.

I checked to see if there is any apps or database I can use for this and have it plugin for my shopify page but i have not found any.

Does anyone know away this is possible.Thanks

so your looking for something like the “your orders” section in amazon right, only accessible if user is logged in
