Shopify is not user-friendly yet for bangladesh. I joined shopify 5 days back and I used to have a different customized site where I used to get 4 times higher order than shopify. The reason behind this is, bangladeshi people want easy simple checkout process. They Don’t use or have email in most of the cases. The don’t event want to put city, county name, postal code etc. They want to type simple Name, phone number and address manually. Event they don’t want to see the different billing address options. I think your are correct.. but you can customise the checkout manually and try some apps like EasySell COD Form , definitely it’s Helpfull.. can your share your store url then I can suggest you some valuable suggestions..
