Loox Photo Review app - Free trial and billing

Hello,

I was integrating Loox Review app into my Shopify store but noticed that they are applying billing charges right after my free trial. If I remove the app prior to the end of the free trial would the billing still need to be paid?

Please note that Shopify manages all app charges and billing cycles according to their policy here.

To the best of our knowledge, Shopify triggers an automatic app charge only once an app’s trial period ends.

In case you uninstall before your free 14-day trial ended, you should not be charged for your use of Loox.

In any case, I suggest contacting Shopify’s support team with any further questions regarding app charges or billing.
