How do i remove the “loox reviews form” that appears on the page after displayed the reviews. i don’t want customers to see a review request appear without them even having bought.

You can remove the “write a review” button from your Product Reviews Widget by heading into your Loox admin under Reviews > Reviews Widgets > Product Reviews Widget > Customize. Inside this widget’s editor, under “Preferences,” you can toggle off “Show ‘write a review’ button.”
This way, you can limit the people who have access to your review form to only customers who receive Review Request Emails after making a purchase in your store.
