Since I “Upgraded” my plan to the Advanced plan, something glitched. Shopify has lost all of my images costing me HUNDREDS of hours of work.

I upgraded because I was getting the error that I had no more storage space. So I purchased the Advanced plan and I’m STILL getting the same error and my previous images are STILL missing. I’ve opened 4 different support tickets now, getting zero answers. I keep hearing “We’ll get back to you”. That was 4 days ago. My account was supposed to be “Escalated”, that is obviously not the case.

So, looked up how to actually speak with a living breathing human on the phone. NOT POSSIBLE! The request a call back button is no longer available on the support forums.

I guess I’ll have to go on LinkedIN and find the CEO and ring his bell to get some attention.
