We are a local delivery based business so we removed Requires Shipping for all of our products and selected our delivery zip codes. However, it seems that we have also lost the ability to change local delivery workflows, statuses on Orders as well as send Delivery Notifications to customers. Can someone help us figure out how to solve this problem? Do we need a specific app for a delivery based business model?
It turns out that the Subscription App we are using, Loop, is not compatible with Shopify for deliveries. Loop is waiting for Shopify to remedy the issue and told us it would be 3-4 months.
