Hi,
This is Richard at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
It’s understandable that you’re frustrated with the traffic challenges you’re facing, especially after investing in advertising. Let’s break down some potential issues and strategies for your store, eliteproducts.vip.
1. Website Review (Quick Initial Impressions):
- Product Clarity:
- From a quick glance, the product offerings seem varied. This can sometimes confuse potential customers. Consider if there’s a unifying theme or a clear target audience.
- Ensure that your product descriptions are detailed, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points.
- Trust Signals:
- Building trust is crucial for a new store. Consider adding:
- Clear “About Us” page detailing your brand story.
- Customer reviews and testimonials.
- Visible contact information (email, phone number, address).
- Clear shipping and return policies.
- Secure payment badges.
- Website Speed and Mobile Optimization:
- Ensure your website loads quickly, especially on mobile devices. Slow loading times can significantly impact user experience and bounce rates.
- Test your website on mobile phones.
- Visual Appeal:
- High-quality product images are essential. Make sure they are clear, well-lit, and showcase your products effectively.
- The overall design should be professional and easy to navigate.
2. Facebook and Instagram Advertising:
- Target Audience:
- Are you targeting the right audience? Ensure your targeting is specific and relevant to your products.
- Experiment with different audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Ad Creative:
- Are your ads visually appealing and engaging? Use high-quality images and videos that capture attention.
- Craft compelling ad copy that highlights the benefits of your products.
- Ad Placement:
- Experiment with different ad placements on Facebook and Instagram to see what performs best.
- Retargeting:
- Implement retargeting campaigns to reach users who have previously interacted with your website or ads.
- Ad Analytics:
- Consistently review your ad analytics. What ads are working, and what ads are not. Use this data to refine your campaigns.
Hoping my solution helps you solve your problem.
Best regards,
Richard | PageFly

I think traffic depends on not just the on-page tactics, or just spending that much amount of money on ads. If you are running an e-commerce website, you can get a lot of traffic and ranking boost by seo and private blog networks. You need to have a focus on all aspects of SEO, from on-page to some paid campaigns for off-page seo.

Hi Richard,
Thank very much for taking the time to respond to my comment.
I think I have done all of this and although I can and am going into more detail regarding my product and audience fit and targeting. I am dealing with Google ADs at the moment fixing some of my products descriptions etc. as they were rejected by Google Ads and I was rejected.
Could you just take a minute to look at my store and tell me what you think?
Would greatly appreciate this.
Hi @EliteProducts01
I checked your store, and here are a few suggestions to improve it:
1) Website Improvements:
- Add a Favicon – A favicon makes your site look more professional and trustworthy.
- Improve Navigation – Add a “Collections” or “Catalog” section to your main menu. Right now, it’s difficult to find products without clicking through the homepage.
- Make Products Stand Out – Your store currently highlights categories, but visitors may not click on them. Display featured products more prominently to encourage engagement. Right now, the site feels more like a shipping company than an online retailer.
- Use Upsell & Cross-Sell Features – The Searchanise Upsell & Marketing app allows you to showcase best-selling or featured products on your homepage. This can increase conversions by making products easily accessible.
- Commit to Blogging & SEO – If you plan to use a blog to attract traffic, be consistent and optimize for SEO. This is a long-term strategy that requires patience but can be highly rewarding.
2) Driving Traffic to Your Store
Expand Your Marketing Channels
- Niche Forums – Join communities where your target audience hangs out. Engage in discussions, provide value, and subtly introduce your products.
- Email Marketing – Build an email list to send product updates, exclusive deals, and valuable content to keep visitors coming back.
- Collaborations – Partner with influencers or complementary brands to reach a larger audience.
Improve Customer Insights
- User Testing – Ask friends, family, or hired testers (via platforms like UserTesting.com) to review your store and provide honest feedback. They might spot navigation or usability issues that you missed.
- Analytics Tracking – Use Google Analytics or Hotjar to monitor visitor activity, traffic sources, and drop-off points. This data will help you understand why visitors might be leaving without making a purchase.
Hope this helps!

Hi @EliteProducts01
I’m a Shopify solutions expert from Mageplaza. I am not an expert in Google ads so I cannot provide further information.
But to help you improve your conversion rate, here are some useful recommendations:
Since I haven’t had the chance to review your FB and IG ads, I can’t provide direct feedback on your landing page. However, insights from “Databox” highlight a few key aspects worth considering:
When your click-through rate (CTR) is high but conversions remain low, the issue often stems from the landing page—specifically, a weak or unclear call-to-action (CTA). To address this, make sure your CTA is prominent and compelling. A simple way to do this is by incorporating a clear “Buy Now” or “Read More” button, either as a clickable image with brief text or a standalone button.
Moreover, experiencing a high cart abandonment rate can be discouraging, particularly after working hard to drive traffic. If many potential customers exit before finalizing their purchase, your conversion rate is likely taking a hit.
To tackle this issue, you can:
- Send Reminder Emails: Following up with customers about their abandoned carts can encourage them to return and complete their purchase.
- Provide Incentives: Discounts or free shipping can serve as effective motivators.
For additional strategies, you might find the Shopify Help Center helpful.
I hope these tips prove useful! If you found this information helpful, a “Like” would be greatly appreciated.
Wishing you success!
