Hi guys I hope you all are doing well. I want to activate a loyalty program on my store, and I want it to work in such a way that for every purchase a customer makes, they earn points equivalent to 10-15% of the purchase price. However, I’m not finding any app that offers this specific option.
Additionally, I am selling worldwide, so I need the loyalty program app to adjust the points according to different currencies based on the rules I create, ensuring that the program works properly with various currencies.
You can definitely set up a loyalty program where customers earn points equivalent to 10-15% of their purchase using Gameball. The key here is in the redemption rule—you can set how points convert to discounts (for example, earning would be $10 = 10 points, and then redemption would be 1 point = 0.1 aka 10%). This essentially gives you the flexibility to offer that percentage back in points.
As for multi-currency support, unfortunately, Gameball currently only supports one currency per account.
