I want messages about points and other loyalty details to be sent to the customer through text messages to their phone number, as many people don’t check their email or don’t even know their email information.

Almost all cashback / rewards tools on Shopify work with something called a customer object - i.e., the same thing you’d see on your Shopify dashboard under Customers.
What you’re actually looking for is a way to communicate with the customers about the loyalty program / rewards through SMS instead of Email. It makes sense, as this medium is much more direct.
This should be possible with any app that supports an integration with a platform that can send SMS to the customer (provided that the customer consented to SMS messages)
