I need help because I am running out of options. I need an app to loyalty the members customer.
The plan is that when a customer enrolls as a basic program she will get one point a month that will allow her to download a specific product from a collection every month. She can accumulate the rewards and fulfill as long as she has points.

Just to clarify, are you looking for something like a membership subscription model with a monthly allowance? For example:
A customer joins your “basic membership” program.
Every month they automatically receive 1 credit/point.
That credit can be used to download 1 product from a certain collection.
If they don’t use it, the credit rolls over so they can redeem more later.
Only members, not all customers, are able to earn points/credits. Members can only place orders based on the points/credits they have. If this is the model you have in mind, then I should explain how Loloyal works:
Loloyal supports membership-based loyalty, meaning only customers with a store account (members) can participate in the rewards program and earn points.
However, Loloyal doesn’t currently issue a fixed number of points automatically each month. Instead, its logic is to reward points for completed orders—either a fixed amount per order or proportional to the order value.
