I have been searching high and wide for a loyalty program app that has a specific functionality which you would think would be so basic, but none that I have come across can accomplish. Currently, I am using which works well, but is missing this basic function. That functionality is: different earning programs for customer groups based on customer tags. Every loyalty app I’ve tried (and that is A LOT) offers “tiers” however the entry criteria is always automated based off of lifetime spend or points collected.
Example: Regular customers earn 5 points per $1 spent, tagged customers would earn 10 points per $1 spent.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
