I represent an environmental advocacy apparel company and we’re creating a loyalty program where customers will get points for completing real life tasks that can be redeemed for discounts on merchandise. The list of 50 tasks range from reading articles and watching videos (which are tracked by things like passing online quizzes that I intend to create in whatever platform has the easiest integration) to planting a rain garden and organizing beach cleanups (verified by posting social media proof).
Surely we’ll need a real person to verify the social media posts and award points appropriately, but we want to automate as much of the rest as possible: awarding points, providing rewards when certain checkpoints are met, and have it integrated within the existing Shopify website if possible.
Has this been done before? Can it be done in Shopify? If not, are there any other programs, software, or services that can do this?
