I am trying to find a loyalty app that doesn’t require the customer to setup a password with their account. We are mainly using loyalty points in the POS system and creating an account on behalf of the customer. Most will only shop in store and not online but I’d like to have the app work both on POS and the website.

Any suggestions? We are using Glow right now and it was working and awarding points to everyone but something changed and now it is only rewarding to those with passwords setup.

Yes, as Hila mentioned earlier you can use Rise.ai app. But there is also a Smile.io application which allows guest shoppers to earn and redeem reward points - https://apps.shopify.com/smile-io. Check all features both these apps offer and choose the one fits your needs best.

Basically, you can use the app AiTrillion. With AiTrillion, you can either use guest customers or the customers without email. I want to inform you that AiTrillion can be helpful for POS and on store rewards.
