I have a second hand MacBook and it says that it is remote managed by shopify.inc, I have been struggling with your website to try find a solution and fighting with your worthless AI assistant that is apparently “reliable and fast” when it can’t even give me an option for a store to speak with a representative. Im severely disappointed in the sheer lack of customer service on this website
