Made to Order Rugs - How to get images from customers?

Hi All,

My company has the ability to make made-to-order custom tufted rugs. We can make a rug of any image a customer could imagine. The cost of the rug varies on the design of the rug so therefore the price of the rug varies on the design. I would like a way for customers to submit an image for a rug so we can reach out to them and talk through the details of the timeline, price, and if degree of difficulty. Is there an app available that would allow me to do something like this?

You could create a contact form where customers would be able to include an image

Alternatively, if you want customers to Upload an in the image when they add a product to cart, you can use these apps
