Mail with é not able to be used

Hey i wanted to change the sender mail to our mail from domain (esséntis.com) but shopify is not able to use mails with é.

Can anyone help with this?

Shopify does not support special characters (like “é”) in email addresses. To resolve this:

  1. Use an alternate email address without special characters from the same domain, e.g., info@essentis.com.
  2. If necessary, create a new alias or email address without special characters through your domain host.
